Our

Story

Founded in 2018, our Foundation emerged from a simple yet powerful belief: education is the most transformative tool to break the cycle of poverty. Our journey began when our founder, Dr. Sarah Mehta, witnessed firsthand how lack of educational opportunities trapped brilliant children in disadvantaged communities while working as a teacher in rural Maharashtra.
What started as a personal mission to help 10 children in a small village has grown into a comprehensive movement supporting over 2,500 children across 5 states. We've learned that sustainable change requires more than just funding—it needs mentorship, family engagement, community support, and a holistic approach to child development..
Today, we're proud to be recognized as one of the leading children's education foundations in India, with partnerships spanning government schools, private institutions, and community organizations. Our success is measured not just in numbers, but in the transformed lives of children who now dare to dream beyond their circumstances."

Founder & Executive Director

Former educator with 15 years in rural education development. PhD in Educational Psychology from Mumbai University. Passionate about creating systemic change in education access.

Rajesh Kumar

Program Manager

Engineering graduate turned social worker. Manages day-to-day operations across all program sites. Expert in community engagement and stakeholder relationships.

Priya Sharma

Education Coordinator

Master's in Education with specialization in child development. Oversees curriculum development, teacher training, and academic progress monitoring.

Amit Patel

Community Outreach Lead

MBA in Social Entrepreneurship. Builds partnerships with schools, government agencies, and corporate sponsors. Leads fundraising and awareness campaigns.
